Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A leaking decant
  • An incorrect product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

If approved, we'll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
